My approach combines the clinical expertise of a healthcare provider with the practical understanding of a coach and movement specialist. Rather than focusing only on where pain or symptoms are showing up, I look at the whole athlete—how they move, train, recover, and perform. Influenced osteopathic principles learned in my continuing education, I believe that every body is unique and that effective treatment starts with listening to what the body is telling us, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Each session is individualized, hands-on, and designed to identify the factors that may be limiting performance, contributing to injury, or affecting movement quality. My goal is not just to help you feel better, but to help you move better, build resilience, and perform with confidence for the long term.
